Charles Page is currently pursuing a Doctorate of the Musical Arts degree from the University of Kansas. He holds a Bachelors of Music Education from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Masters of Music from the University of Kansas City-Missouri. Charles is very active as private instructor and clinician for students from elementary to the collegiate level. Recently he has held a teaching assistantship at KU and served as faculty at the Midwestern Music Academy in Kansas.

Charles was a student competitor in the 1999 Leonard Falcone International Tuba/Euphonium competition and his tuba/euphonium quartets were semi-finalists in the 2002 and 2008 International Tuba/Euphonium Conference quartet competitions. In 2003, Charles performed in the student recitals at the Southeastern Regional Tuba/Euphonium Conference and he was the low brass clinician at the 2005 Southern Mississippi Regional High School Band Conference. He was the Missouri runner-up for the 2006 MTNA state level young artist solo competition. Charles placed third in the 2009 North American Brass Band Association’s low brass technical solo competition and second in the 2009 Great Plains Regional Tuba/Euphonium Conference adult tuba solo competition.
